Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Horus Flow Intelligence API and platform ("Service") operated by Horus Tech Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Horus Flow Intelligence provides real-time orderflow data, market intelligence signals, and related analytical tools via REST API endpoints. The Service is designed for use by automated trading systems, AI agents, and professional traders.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.
Each account is for a single entity; sharing credentials is prohibited.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. API Usage & Rate Limits

Explorer (Free): 100 requests/day, 3 symbols
Trader ($49/mo): 1,000 requests/day, all crypto
Professional ($149/mo): 5,000 requests/day, crypto + equity
Institutional ($499/mo): Unlimited requests, custom SLA

Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Abuse or systematic evasion of rate limits may result in account suspension.

5. Data & Disclaimer

The signals and data provided are for informational purposes only. Horus Flow Intelligence does not provide financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
All prices are in USD.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are provided only within 7 days of initial subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

All data, algorithms, signals, and analysis provided through the Service are proprietary to Horus Tech Ltd. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display raw API output without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or use the Service for market manipulation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Horus Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
